Stick, also known as Sticky, are Tree element Seirei that can be recruited by paying them Pinecones. Some can be recruited just for having picked up a certain amount of pinecones. Stick can be selected as the starter Hero/Heroine element for a beginner difficulty. Pistachio Maplewood also uses the tree seirei. Its special power lowers enemy spirit.
They appear as tree branches in-game.
